going where the respect blows

Instead of going to a famous and high pride place, sometimes it’s better to go to where we are respected. When we are respected, we must feel comfortable, and by being comfortable, we can develop onto becoming productive. And by producing something useful and good for the society, we gain respect more and that’s how the cycle works.
